When you've done the therapy, the meditations, the books, the podcast, and you really still are having a hard time feeling or knowing your desires....insert Shana's coaching! The power she has is mirroring! I know her "in real life" and I know her as a coach and I would recommend really to anyone. My husband and I have continued through with couple sessions as a gift to ourselves and our family. Her work is the container our family needs right now.
