Excellent hotel! Very attentive staff, who addressed us by name. That’s impressive! Lovely room with super comfy bed. Efficient maid service and evening turn down. Just an all around perfect stay. We’ve stayed elsewhere, but this is our new go to. We’ll be back!

One of the best places I've stayed. The rooms and grounds are very pleasant, the restaurant is excellent, morning breakfasts, evening tastings all great. The real highlight is the staff. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, Carter in particular made us feel right at home, getting us a dinner reservation prior to our arrival.

Wow, what a gem! So convenient and walkable to everything amazing in quaint Yountville, but the real secret is, you have everything you need right at the North Block Hotel. Once you check in with Carter up front he fills you in on all of the "extras" that simply come because you are their guest. You have a Michelin star restaurant where Reid will serve you as you order their exquisite food and wine pairing, or sit at the bar and enjoy Adam, a true bartender and craft cocktail master. Trust there is nothing to lose by trying this luxurious property. Ill add more photos soon.

We had a tremendous stay at this hotel. The room was gorgeous, the pool area was quiet and pristine, and the friendly staff took care of everything we needed. We enjoyed the continental breakfast in their courtyard and the afternoon pours of local wines. And dinner at their restaurant was my favorite meal of the trip. Luxury is defined by the details. The North Block Hotel is an exceptional example of managing the minutia to curate an intimate and over the top guest experience. Rooms are very posh and well appointed. The staff is overtly friendly, helpful and well informed about walkable attractions.

The restaurant is a must try as well.

We didn't stay at the hotel. We went to the chef's sampling and pairing special. Young chef Juan did a fabulous job! The fist course was a perfectly sauteed scallop in a burre blan bath and a sprinkle of re-hydrated olive salt sitting in a giant clam shell. This starter dish was deliciously paired with a glass of blanc de blanc Mathew Bruno carneros nv. Dish one was a gnochette, chanterelle mushrooms, black garlic, cippolini onion, chevil in a hickory smoke buttery broth. I ususally don't appreciate many chardonnay but I gotta hand it to chef for the brilliant pairing of facets by gemstone sonoma 2022. The second course was a SF halibut and zuchini thrads in a delicious Laksa broth over forbidden rice that reminded me of black beans but very mild nicely paired with a pinot Grigio Massican Ca 2023. Course three was a delicious aged NY strip with a comforting shallot marmalade, tender lobster mushrooms sitting on a demi-glaze and a potato pave paired with a 2022 cabernet sauvignon, Vice, Napa. The last course was a local cheese and house made local preserves paired with a Tawny 10 year aged, Prager, Napa. The whole dining experience was wonderful-highly recommended
