I’ve leased with 3 different companies in Napa County they are by far the best residential property management company I’ve ever used. Almost all other property management agencies in this area treat renters like an after thought. Like they’re not also a paying customer they only server the landlord NOT first and main they take care of both parties. I felt like the level of service was above and beyond what is expected. They’re always friendly and the home was immaculate upon move in. When I ran into issues that most wouldn’t with a garage door they were prompt, courteous, and quick to resolve the issue. I can’t recommend them enough.

First and Main Property Management, and specifically Jessica Buurma, has managed my rental property in Napa for almost six years. Jessica has always been extremely responsive to both my needs, and to the requests of the occupants of my rental, who continue to be the original tenants. First and Main has an extensive network of contractors to correct any issues that arise in an extremely timely manner. Although my residence is very close to my rental property, I travel frequently, and I never worry about any problems that may occur while I’m gone, thanks to Jessica.

Jessica is exceptionally responsive to owner and tenant, and she has excellent vendor partners on speed dial who are well-equipped to address any issue, large or small. First & Main Property Management has assigned Damian to our HOA. He has done a good job compared to previous Managers Company. However, managing gardening service has been a challenge. Gardeners appear to have little oversight by the Property Management Company. Gardeners appear not to have any real schedule for service snd many of the common areas go unattended. Gardening service is huge expense for the HOA with very limited results.

Only other issue is minutes from Board meetings that are sent out to homeowners are not very detailed.

Damian however, is always responsive to emails and takes professional pride in his work. All considered, I would highly recommend First & Main.

This agency is not following fair housing guidelines by the state of California, My wife and I did an application got approved and as soon as I mentioned that my wife has an emotional support animal got decline instantly, Incredible how they made that decision even thought documentation was shown that my wife's dog was certified as an emotional support dog, to support my wife emotionally and mentally. We tried to see another property and Jessica Buurma never had the courtesy to reach back or follow up after been told we were interested in another property. This agency will be reported to Fair Housing.
