The driver of bus 5602 is rude and has no idea about customer service. He was accompanying an older lady who doesn't know how to use the services and he came out rudely. He didn't want to open the door or serve the lady until he saw me taking a picture of him. These types of people should understand what they owe to their customers and they should be taught to provide good service!

The most unprofessional transportation company Ive ever come across. They leave earlier than the ticket times and expect you to pay extra money for the inconvenience. They have 1 customer service rep who can only speak through what’s app because the language barrier and absolutely zero managers or supervisors. The woman in the phone must have never been trained to deal with customers of any sort or even people in general. I would 100000x recommend taking the FLEX bus. They are extremely professional and leave right on time.

My mom and I purchased a roundtrip ticket (Miami/Tampa) and in our first trip from Miami to Tampa, the bus broke down (it happened multiple times) Just imagine for a company to notice that the bus has issues in Fort Lauderdale and then keep driving until it can no longer move forward in Fort Myers! thus compromising the safety of your customers. On top of that, getting into a car accident (911 and police involved) and delaying the trip even further (we were supposed to arrive are 2pm, and did so at 9pm).

I never reported this to them as I was hoping to enjoy my vacation without complaining. But guess what? Bad experience on our way back from Tampa to Miami!

The tickets were supposed to be Business Class but they were not as the overall quality of the Bus is low, especially because it rains inside. Yes, you read me well, IT RAINS INSIDE! Water falls down from the roof when it rains outside, causing my mom to get wet a few times (same thing happened to a few other people).

I complained to the company and guess what they did? NOTHING! they ignored me, terrible service and not luxury at all.

Worst drivers. I have rides with red coach couple of times . They allow u to carry 2 check in and one carry on. The drivers are scamming passengers and taking extra money saying u are allowed to take only 2 bags in total and they say if you don’t pay they say u won’t be onboarded . I have reported this to customer service and they won’t do anything . Literally one of the worst experiences I had with redcoach

On my way from Miami to Tampa 05/28/2024 the bus stopped, to refuel so I set my phone alarm and went inside the gas station to get some water and a snickers bar. I was still in line when my alarm went off and I became afraid the bus would leave me so I left the stuff in the store on the counter and hurried back to the bus. Someone told the bus driver who apparently was still in the store she paid for the snacks and took them to me. I was very thirsty. Her kindness has left me speechless.

Clean bus. On time. A lil wait during refueling. 15 min turned into 45 min but no biggie. Also charging is provided and outlets but no wifi.

Very pleasant experience riding the bus from Tampa to Ft. Lauderdale. Abner got us there safely and on time. The bus was comfortable and well ventilated. A/c was working and the ride was smooth and easy.

Dont travel but my friend did it. Hrs convenient for her leaving 9 am from USF Y back time 2 pm ...she love it
