Absolutely terrible service. Driver continued to drive the bus despite several warning signs that the bus was having electrical issues. Ended up broken down on the side of the highway in the middle of nowhere for 6.5 hours before another bus arrived. Driver refused to offer any helpful advise or provide information and either shouted at or ignored anyone who tried to ask him anything. Told us it wasn't his problem we were stranded and continued to give false time lines on how far away help was. Bus was very hot and most of us ended up having to stand out on the roadside in the middle of the night to prevent overheating. Bus company was called multiple times for help only to be told they weren't sending a replacement bus. Absolutely shameful on all accounts. This company put a bus load of people's lives at risk and showed no care, concern or compassion. Do not use this company!!!!!

Pretty easy to get to, right at the Miami Airport. Bought the ticket online and dropped a friend there. Would have been 5 stars except for 2 things: no place to drop off without the passenger having to cross busy Airport terminal lanes of traffic, and shelter from sun/rain and shelter seating are pretty small. RedCoach experience is good...easy and relatively inexpensive way to travel.

WARNING! If you leave your items in the bus, there is no way they can help track it, even if you stepped out of the bus a couple of minutes from drop off. Not to mention, also being the last stop. There is no lost and found department you can contact as they state it's not available for the public. They give you the option to report it without any updates (useless). It's simply solved with: "Wait until they call you if they found it". So be mindful of all your belongings. Unfortunately my rating for this bus service was high but after this, I give it a low rating.

My mom and I purchased a roundtrip ticket (Miami/Tampa) and in our first trip from Miami to Tampa, the bus broke down (it happened multiple times) Just imagine for a company to notice that the bus has issues in Fort Lauderdale and then keep driving until it can no longer move forward in Fort Myers! thus compromising the safety of your customers. On top of that, getting into a car accident (911 and police involved) and delaying the trip even further (we were supposed to arrive at 2pm, and did so at 9pm).

I never reported this to them as I was hoping to enjoy my vacation without complaining. But guess what? Bad experience on our way back from Tampa to Miami!

The tickets were supposed to be Business Class but they were not as the overall quality of the Bus is low, especially because it rains inside. Yes, you read me well, IT RAINS INSIDE! Water falls down from the roof when it rains outside, causing my mom to get wet a few times (same thing happened to a few other people).

I complained to the company and guess what they did? NOTHING! they ignored me, terrible service and not luxury at all.

Red Coach, your service is awful, but your response to your clients is even worse: Last April, I suffered a 4-hour delay traveling to Sarasota, first due to the late departure of one of your buses in Miami and then because of the complete breakdown of the vehicle. I had to spend hours in the middle of a highway, under the midday sun, in a bus without air conditioning or any emergency windows that could be opened, and without any basic provisions such as water. We were exposed to dangerous traffic conditions when we needed to go out to breathe some air (as were other people, including a pregnant woman, elderly people, and children). After hours of waiting with no assistance or backup transportation provided, I was forced to arrange for an Uber at my own expense of $212.20 to continue my journey... and you refuse to refund this expense (and compensate for the distress and safety hazards you caused me with your "service", of course). It was my first, and last, time as a Red Coach customer.

Almost impossible to get hold of customer service and difficult to understand.

Also had a really bad experience when left stranded at the airport from 12.45am to 8am, after I missed an earlier bus I had booked, as my flight was delayed by 8 hours.
There was no way of contacting customer service and the driver of the
12.45am showed no compassion at all and drove off because my 6pm ticket was no longer valid.

Clean bus. On time. A lil wait during refueling. 15 min turned into 45 min but no biggie. Also charging is provided and outlets but no wifi.

They say they are luxury buses but I bought a first class ticket and the bus was super dirty, my seat was with pee, the driver was super rude and threw our bags! Don’t recommend it at all
