Although an authorized FedEx shipping center, they're too cheap to print out a receipt for you when you have a prepaid label on a shipping-ready package. The Postal Annex in Placentia does print one out when you drop off. Without that, there would be no evidence the package was ever dropped off at this place. The lady behind the counter told me to go to that one and drop it off. Terrible customer service. Avoid this place unless you really trust them and will leave your package without a printed reciept. It was a $1,500 camping fridge so I didn't. Went to Placentia location and they happily printed me a receipt showing it was dropped there. In fact, they had a sign that said you should get a receipt, etc.

Will be a returning customer! Loved the service I received!

I was having a rough time across the street at the USPS and ended up checking out the PostalAnnex in hopes of receiving better customer service. The lady behind the counter was incredibly helpful and kind. They are a little more expensive than the USPS but it’s worth the care and service they provide.
