I will NEVER take my Lenovo laptop here again: their integrity and professionalism are nonextant, for they are inept. For 7 days they had my computer only to return it with the same problems! The hinges on the laptop screen aren't still working properly--it still buckles when opening/closing; the fan is still making loud noises beyond what is normal. When I offered them video proof of these problems to convince them they needed fixing, they refused to accept it. When I asked about what work they did on my laptop during the 7 days, Greg, a technician, said "I'm not telling you." When I asked for a copy of the work order noting what they completed, he said "I'm not giving it to you." When I asked to speak to the manager or the owner, he said "I'm not getting them for you." At one point, feeling these were "challenges" to his authority, Greg vindictively threatened to reset my laptop to factory settings, making me lose all my files and settings. I was without my laptop for 7 days. I now have to send it to Lenovo depot and start the whole process all over again. What a waste of my time! Go here at your own risk, especially with all the sensitive material on your computer!
