We first connected with Pam in August of 2021 by referral after giving up on two other realtors who didn’t take our home search journey seriously. First impression was that she was super sweet & very knowledgeable of the real estate landscape in the areas we were interested in. After a few months of almost weekly open house visits with Pam, we paused our search due to bidding wars & impending increase of mortgage loan interest rates.

Then, life circumstances changed & we had to restart our search in January of 2023, this time with a summer deadline. Pam was so patient & accommodating to us; she understood all of our wants while keeping our nice-to-haves in mind. I can’t even count the number of houses she took us to see, and we never felt pressured to put in an offer on anything we didn’t love. She remained unbiased & only shared her opinion whenever we asked. And usually, her opinion was insightful & pointed out things we didn’t notice ourselves. We were usually distracted by the obvious things (kitchen, size of bedrooms/bathrooms, etc.), while Pam would take the time to check out the age/integrity of the AC/water heater, note areas of pooling water in the garage, inquire about permits for obvious add-ons — all the things that would potentially lead to hidden costs once escrow was closed. We were definitely not used to the level of detail that Pam provided, but was certainly appreciative of it! She saved us a few times with her notes when we were blinded by the bells & whistles of some of the newly flipped homes.

In the end, we put in a few offers (that were eventually outbid) before we found our new home. We went with a new build townhome (because it was first come, first serve— no bidding war!) that was still under construction. While Escrow was open, Pam would personally visit the construction and send us updated pictures of its progress. We were so shocked & grateful for Pam’s support during that time. Couldn’t believe the level of accommodation she provided.

Pam’s support didn’t end when Escrow closed. She visited when we moved into our new home & provided a ton of referrals for everything we needed to get settled. From mortgage lenders & moving companies to water softener & RO services. Then, once we were settled in our new home and was ready to start renting out our condo, Pam helped us find the perfect tenants. She gave up many weekend evenings to hold open houses and provide private showings before we were able to rent it out. & on top of all that, she connected us with a property manager to help us take care of our rental! Talk about full service package! 😀

We highly recommend working with Pam if you’re in the market to buy/sell/rent your home. She was such a great partner on our 2 year home search journey, & we couldn’t have made it this far without her!

She treated the showing like it was a property for sale. She had booties to keep the floors clean. Signage to find the garage. Flyers to take home and a sign in sheet. My husband and I decided to sell our house at the end of June 2022. Among many agents, I chose Pam to represent us in our sale. In my prior interactions with Pam in a professional setting, I found her to be a serious and responsible person. Pam and her team successfully sold my house within two weeks of the listing, and closed escrow shortly afterwards.

Pam carefully collected the pertinent information from us, analyzed the market with us, and held a zoom meeting to introduce her team to us when we first started working together in early July 2022. She repeatedly reminded us about the details that we needed to pay attention to and contacted relevant personnel to work on staging my house. She respectfully urged us to move quickly in order to keep up to the pace.

Pam went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable as well. She knew we were tired and working very hard moving out ahead of the sale so she brought a warm breakfast for us on the moving day. She also delivered a box of moon cakes on mid-autumn festival which was so thoughtful! When the cleaning staff cleaned the house, she even put on an apron and helped the team clean all day. During the open house, she smiled and warmly welcomed all the guests who came to the house. Almost 80% of the guests filled in the feedback, then we received a few offers in about a week. She carefully monitored and screened reliable buyers for us, and reported the progress every day after the open escrow, reminding us to complete each step in a timely manner. Pam is a very professional agent. She checked every detail for us, protected our interests, and took the pressure from the buyer so that we were able to complete the sale.
