I've come here for 3 years now. 1 year I went to Trisha and the other 2 I went to Ashley. They both are great at what they do. Super efficient and fast. They are both kind and great at their job. They make the process so simple and I get back the right amount everytime I go especially compared to when I'm trying to do my taxes by myself. I'll continue using them every year.

Thorough and fast! Can't say enough about them. Been dealing with some serious amateur tax prep people over the years and was so glad to find someone who seriously knows what they're doing. Their online portal for doc sharing alone should award them an extra 6th Star...so easy and convenient to use! Thanks Trisha and company!

Hands down, the best tax preparers in Riverside! My wife and I have used Wood's Tax Service for 14 years, after receiving their advertising card in the mail in 2010. They're a small, family-owned business--professional, efficient and competent--well established in the community; they've received "best service" awards in each of the last several years. Tax preparation is something we look forward to every year as the atmosphere created in their office is warm and friendly. Trisha genuinely cares about her clients. She is very highly qualified in what she does. Wood's Tax Service is recommended with many more than the 5 stars Google allows!

I've been very pleased with my appointments I work with a lady named Trisha she seems very professional. A professional. I've been doing business there only 2 years. It's very close to my home which is convenient. They know me as Fruit and vegetable man. I always bring in some extra goodies from my garden garden during the summer.

Well let me say first and foremost I would of given them Unlimited Stars if I could. This was my first time at Wood's Tax Service and let me tell you how much I regret not finding about this fantastic and beautiful people in the first place. This is by far the best place I have ever done my taxes at!! You know they say First Impressions are the Last Impressions and that could not be more true then ever! I had called and enquired the day before my appointment how much it would cost me to do my taxes. Forgive me for not remembering the One of The Nicest and Professional Receptionist Ever she was so kind and understanding and answered all my questions even those that I did not ask, she went the extra mile to tell me how long they have been here, etc, etc as if I was her close friend or family member. Well I am now!! So I arrive at the place and was introduced to Ms. Ashley let me tell you about her, from the get go she was awesome! So professional, sweet and just a fantastic woman all around! I won't get into the nitty gritty and bore you with my tax process. Let's just say she got me the most for my buck. I have never received a nice amount of return on my taxes. Trust me my taxes pretty much are the same every year except a few years in the past. Ms. Ashley helped me as if I was her close friend or family member. There was another fantastic woman by the name of Ms. Trisha who I did not have the honor to meet, as she was busy but I could tell she is the same as well. The way she was interacting with and senior citizen who also came in here for her taxes. They have everyone from every background and income level. I can't emphasis enough that don't even think about it and just go and see them and experience them for yourselves. They been in the business for almost 40 years. I can finally and happily say I have my own personal tax women. I will be telling my friends and family about WOOD'S TAX SERVICE. You will not regret it promise you that!! Lastly I forgot to mention this is a women owned and women run business which is fantastic, we need to support more businesses like this one period!! Thank You Soo Much Ms. Ashley for helping me and being so kind and sweet to me. UROCK!

Absolutely the worst experience trying to get professional help on our taxes, I was treated so disgusting by a Marsha or mersha and Trisha the manager it’s unbelievable. Degraded and laughed at and then tried not to reimburse us after not finishing. I have a neurological condition which when overwhelmed It affects me physically and I still have not been ok. After making a complaint a very detailed complaint Trisha called me back being so unprofessional and rude offering no apology nothing about my complaint just said the check was there and hung up on me so I called back and she argued with me. Unbelievably awful woman and unprofessional as can be. The receptionist was very nice I do appreciate her kindness.
