These people are incredibly rude and disrespectful; they do not respond, they do not keep their word, and are crass. Customer service is highly lacking. I can't imagine entrusting them to work with the community on any project when they have no sensitivity, cultural competence, or general decency in treating people. They will over-promise and under-deliver; sincerely recommend staying away from AIM Consulting and its new owner and team.
