Roach infestation, seems the interior of the apartments are old and cracking that you'll see how the roach problem started, some of us have reported to the city and don't know if they have taken care of the problem, the time we lived there management didn't took the situation serious until the city came for a visit. For future residents be sure to inspect the unit thoroughly before moving in, by the amount of rent paid to this place, they should at least take care of their building, oh and their boiler never works so you'll be stuck without hot water for days till management ever gets a round to fix it.
