I Absolutely recommended Matt for both buying and selling. Matthew is informed, professional, timely, and well versed in the Florida and Alabama coastal real estate markets. He is on time, patient, and informed. He is extremely trustworthy amd insightful. I was comfortable trusting him with my best interest in mind. I was a unique situation post divorce where he was able to work with both me and my ex with selling our Florida property. He helped not only sell my house in the Florida panhandle during a tough market, but was able to find a full asking price cash buyer!
He then was able to follow up with helping me find and purchase a new home on the Alabama coast! With his communication and connection to the area and other agents, Matthew was able to negotiate a fantastic deal for me as a buyer.
I am so thankful and will be going to Matthew and Remax Paradise for any future real estate transactions!
