Valerie was awesome, my wife and I were moving to Alabama from out of state and Valerie guided us all the way through the closing. Valerie did not hesitate to do a virtual tour with us when asked. She answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns. She definitely understood what we wanted and she delivered. The first time I stepped in our new home was after the closing and I made it down to Alabama. Valerie stopped by to check on us and to make sure it was what we wanted and that we were happy. Valerie was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. We were so grateful for her responsiveness at all hours. We weren't in the local area right away to see the condos we were interested in so Valerie did a video walkthrough for us in record time. Valerie was a pleasure to work with. She had to work with some tough situations with our builder and the listing broker. It was pretty bad on their end and she handled it very professionally and never let on how frustrating it was. She helped negotiate some hard scenarios with the builder and tried to make the process as smooth as possible for us. We lived out of state and after closing she still helped us get set up.
She even checked on us and did favors for us months after closing!

During the short time my wife Diane and I visited the Golf Shores area we met up with Re/MAX realtor Valerie Reynolds to share and show us some homes in there Foley and Golf Shores areas. Little did we know how great Valerie Reynolds would be after reviewing homes and getting to know her better. Valerie not only went out of her way to meet our time and schedule but, she met and drove us to all the different home locations that we visited. Being from out of state and not knowing the location or surrounding areas Valerie was so instrumental towards direction and information to local venues. My wife and I have never experienced a realtor like Valerie that was and continues to drive the feeling of customer first.
