I reached out to Julie about a year ago not sure what to expect. That kicked of a year long journey of understanding and developing my strengths professionally and personally. Without telling me what to do, Julie guided me to discovering what I needed to do. As a result, I've ask for and achieved milestones I otherwise may not have achieved. At the very least, it would have taken me longer to do so.

When the company I was working for was about to be acquired I proactively reached out to Julie to help me evaluate my options. I hadn't updated my resume in many years and my LinkedIn profile was not much more than a name and a job title with a handful of connections.

Julie went to work immediately: helping me identify my strengths and connecting me with local experts to get my resume, updated and LinkedIn profile into shape. Julie coached me on how to tell my own story and when new job opportunities started presenting themselves she helped me think through them and develop a strategy for each of them.
