We had such a pleasant experience with Naples Transportation & Tours. We used their services to travel to/from the Fort Myers airport and the JW Marriott Marco Island Resort. Our drivers, Mark Dennis and James Healy, were both extremely punctual and professional. The cars we traveled in were immaculately clean and comfortable. Cold water bottles were available for us as well. I really appreciated the updates NT& T sent us via e-mail and text about the ETA of our drivers. I highly recommend Naples Transportation & Tours for anyone traveling to Naples or Marco Island.

I had a great experience with the stretch limo for a company picnic, the limo bus for my birthday and the luxury sedan to the airport. NT&T has the best customer service and the best vehicles. there was nothing negative we could say about the friendly and professional service we received from Naples Transport. we were 13 people with luggage and everything was handled in a timely fashion. Our driver was pleasant and helpful on both our trips to and from the airport. The executive van we needed was clean and very comfortable. I used Naples Transportation for transportation for my wedding welcome party and for my wedding. They were fantastic. Kristy was super responsive and answered all of my questions. The drivers were on time and very communicative! The vehicles were clean and the complimentary water was a great touch! Can't recommend Naples Transportation enough!

We recently used NTT for our wedding. They were very responsive and professional in their communications, however the execution of the agreed upon plan was totally botched. The driver was to make 2 runs from the hotel to the reception, but departed 10 minutes late for the first run plus made an additional unplanned stop. Neither wiggle room on departure time nor the additional stop were allowed for in the written instructions I approved the week of the wedding. The driver was so late for the second run, the primary run, that the majority of our guests ended up taking Uber and were late for our wedding. In hindsight, offering Uber gift cards to our guests would have been a much better use of money. NTT offered nothing for their error and instead tried blamed me, but they were unable to produce the supposed instructions saying the driver could leave late.

We had a very wonderful experience with NT&T as we took their party bus from our home in Naples to downtown Fort Myers for my wife's 40th B-Day and we loved every minute of it. The bus was very well appointed, clean and the drive Matt was extremely professional, safe and a really nice guy! He took some great group photos for us and we have memories to last a life time. Margaret was excellent with helping me book the bus along with answering all of my many questions. Anytime anyone I know that is looking for this type of service I know where to send them!

Had Ramon Vazquez aa our Chauffer for an off-site event for our retirement community residents. Ramon was amazing! He had a friendly personality, great driving & navigation, provided water & snacks. Overall, had a great experience with him! Highly recommend.
