I closed my account out almost 2 years ago and I told him to wait to make sure all the funds were in there. They told me it was only to find out almost 2 years later they held onto $300 of mine so I tried to get it out. They charged over 200 just in fees, Wouldn’t even cut me a break and that amount so I got back way less than $100 and they could’ve waived part of the fees. They definitely scored on that one

If you are a company that cares about your employees DO NOT use Bidwell Consulting.

They are a collection of the most incapable humans on earth. 4 months of trying to receive my payment, This company is so poorly managed and operated, when calling the office the receptionist just says "sup" or "hello"... like am i calling someone's house Asking for an employee is a 75/25 shot of being able to talk to someone, they leave the office at 10:30 for lunch and don't come back for the rest of the day.

The staff that handles the cases are so incompetent, they are literally unaware that their emails funnel straight to spam/trash... so when they email companies HR department it sits in spam/trash for months.... where YOU have to do their job, calling your former work, calling the company they umbrella under, writing multiple emails a week...

They were particularly helpful in regards to investments 403b, 401k, etc. The only thing is they only see people by appointment and part of it is by phone. If you go out to the actual business, like I did, you run into a locked door.
