This company is aweful. Terrible service and bad attitude by the scheduler. I was declined pay and reimbursement on a shop that was not my fault. It felt like they just want to decline shops. I was supposed to buy a medium but the website kept glitching and defaulting to a large. After 3 attempts to process my order online, i was so relieved to get it to go through that i didn't realize it defaulted to large again. So now im out $25 for horrible food. They could have at least reimbursed me the cost of a medium. No reimbursement, no credit for my report, and nothing but a snotty attitude from the scheduler. Every question i asked her was net with a curt response. I have learned my lesson with this company. I have not had this experience working with other companies.

This is an AWFUL mystery shopping ? company!!!

I have done mystery shopping for over 15 years with 30 different companies doing approximately 500 shops during this time frame. So I am an experienced shopper and do a great job with the reviews and reports online.

This company without a doubt is the WORST mystery shopping company I have worked for in the 15 years of doing shops & reports.

The schedulers are not friendly and don't get back to you in a timely manner. The staff is very abrasive and can certainly rub you the wrong way with their attitudes towards you.

As shoppers we're trying to help you get your shops completed for your clients. They seem to think that they're doing you a favor by scheduling you to do a shop. It really is the other way where we're doing you a favor by completing the shop.

This is just a part-time jig. Most shoppers have full-time jobs which obviously takes precedent over doing a shop. They get upset and give you an attitude when you have to reschedule due to work & or family commitments. The pay is not good at all. The only real benefit is you can get a meal paid for or really you get re-imbursed if you do a restaurant mystery shop if they deem your report was satisfactory which is another issue.

They have unrealistic expectations for completing a report online and threaten you with non-payment or canceling account if you don't get it completed by their unrealistic deadline.

They promise you bonuses for completing a shop which they are having a hard time scheduling. And then they take away bonus without any reason or explanations.

The editing team comes back asking you all kinds of questions that you have already answered in your report. It is almost like the editing department is trying to find reasons to exclude your shop especially if you have had some bad things to say about the client you are reviewing. They don't want the negative feedback to go back to the client and only positive things to be said about them.

They again threaten to not pay you & exclude your shop if you don't respond back to the editing team within a few hours regarding matters you have already discussed in the report.

It should be a team environment where everyone is working together to get these shops completed and reports written. Instead shoppers are treated like 2nd rate citizens and definitely looked down upon.

I would tell all current & future mystery shoppers... DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!!

Ooof,tried to be respectful and ask a simple question for the benefit of the client. Instead,was left with a bill and rude responses from the scheduler. The scheduler treats you like you are not even worth a minute of the time and the company structure doesn't allow any communication with higher ups. It takes 5 minutes to use logic and respond with integrity,unfortunately the scheduler got greedy and decided to lack integrity. I will not work with this company again.

I have performed thousands of shops for this company, for over a 10+ years. They are nothing but dependable and professional, with some of the highest shopping standards I’ve encountered. I have worked with many of the same schedulers over the years and have formed great working relationships with all. They pay on time and I have never had an issue. They are my go-to mystery shopping company when I am looking for work.

Most MSP have schedulers that are understanding and willing to help. Not RBG. Every scheduler I have dealt with is crass and always have an attitude when asking a question or needing to change a shop. Very unprofessional. Finally just deactivated my account as they aren't worth it anymore.
