Terrible!! I couldn't deposit a check to my IRA. No one knew how to do a rollover. They instructed me to mail the check to a branch in Minnesota!! Minnesota lost the check. Everytime I tried to speak to someone I was routed to the Phillipines. No one knew what they were doing. My $4,000 check is still out there somewhere. This has been going on about 3 weeks now!!! Never again will I roll anymore money into my WF Ira. Very scary!! Last thing I was told was "they think the check was mailed from Minnesota to St. LOUIS, MO". It is now Oct 11, and this has been going on since Sept. 22. Such incompetency!!!! And none of the reps seemed to care!!!! ?
