Dreadful organisation. Drivers are clueless about which route to take. Taking the bus down country lanes, hogging the middle lane. Not wearing seatbelt. Would most certainly avoid this company. Not safe at all.

Dreadful organisation - absolutely no co-ordination between the company and drivers. You WILL be delayed if you travel with Swans. No communication whatsoever. Do not use for important events or for large numbers of people. Farcical.

M60 clockwise this morning (12th Oct 2023). 06:55 am at junction 23 Ashton under Lyne . I was in the left lane of a 4 lane motorway. Had one of the Swanns coaches approach within 15 feet of the rear of my car, then flashed its lights at me. I was doing 55mph. It overtook me, SOUNDED its horn, then pulled in front of me again to use the same turn-off I was using. Nice PROFESSIONAL driving.......hmm

Had to wait an hour standing for the stupid bus on a school trip because it was late. Would not recommend. Service unreliable

Took a large group of 30 children and 4 adults to and from Blackpool. The service was excellent and the drivers arrived promptly. Both drivers were polite, accommodating and helpful. Would recommend and use again for future trips. Thank you

It was very nice booking them and travelling with Swans Travel. The seating was comfortable and also child friendly as we were able to watch a movie on the go which was interesting and entertaining for the child. Azim amazing service, good time keeping and friendly.
Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely horrible experience
Drivers are hindu phobic, racist, and will impose their relegious views on you.

I was threatened by one of their Drivers and asked to shut up and what am I going to do about it

Avoid at all cost , this company takes money for service and failed to show up , this is fraud as they have taken money for a service with it partner Manchester city FC and failed to supply a service , leave a disabled person waiting for over a hour for a coach , I have contacted them via email provided regarding refund and they replied saying they will pass to another department but no it gone silent with no refund given
Customer service is shocking I would give no stars
