In the first session I had with Jennifer I gained more reflective insight and had more conscious movement than I did with my therapist I'd been seeing for a year. I highly recommend working with Jennifer. The first session she had us look at my goals for life and anything that may be holding me back and then helped me work through those obstacles. Each session she brought in new helpful tools that I have been able to carry into my days. She gave me concrete ways to work through aspects of my life that I was wanting to grow in. She brought in what we had talked about in previous sessions and asked great questions.
