Do not be misled: Vonda is your best friend at getting you on an insurance, but is none too helpful when you are trying to get off the insurance she put you on. AVOID Brand New Day. Terrible insurance. My advice is for you to avoid Vonda and use an advisor who is more responsive and helpful.

The price was great, she was very professional and sweet. Vonda was an excellent help in preparing my Living Trust. She was very detail in explaining the purpose and importance of being prepared to cover my children in case of my departure. Vonda was very helpful when it came to my sons broken arm. He ended up needing surgery and I was terrible ? at filing the claim. I called Vonda up and she help out tremendously with everything, she was and is an amazing person would recommend her to anybody.

She was very helpful and made me feel very comfortable about filling out the appropriate forms and let me know exactly what I needed to do to assure I would get my funds that I had coming to me for health check ups and 1 hospital stay. I remember when the insurance person would come to house. Ms. Peralez gives the same great personal service. She never over sells and helps you pick a product that is right for you. as well as your budget. I purchase a trust and she thought of everything. Ms. Peralez sat down with us explain everything to our satisfaction and all our questions. I never felt rushed.
