>>> DO NOT USE <<< Inept and Incompetent. PM me directly for specifics. Here is the gist... Last year HR and Associates bought Alta Loma Tax Service of which I was a client for one year after my previous tax person sadly passed away. She had recommended Alta Loma Tax Service who had done a decent job, albeit not in the timely manner I was accustomed to getting. For tax year 2021, I was informed by Alta Loma Tax Service that HR and Associates had taken over but that Alta Loma Tax Service would continue to service my taxes. My appointment was on 3/1/2022 where we discussed not only my taxes, but my entire family's taxes as my mother had recently passed away. The first issue was that I hadn't heard from any one. I started calling towards the end of March to find out the status of our family's taxes with no reply. I was contacted on 4/11 that my taxes would not be completed by the 4/18 deadline and that they would be filing an extension. My taxes were completed on 4/20, however it was denied by e-filing multiple times. I was told that I would have the mail them in which I did same day. It wasn't until a month later that it was realized that a substantial amount from a 1099 was left off of my return that was provided to them. A amended return was sent around 5/31. When I went in, the front desk person snottily said to avoid any further problems to make sure the following year to schedule an appointment earlier. My reply was "earlier that March 1?" There was additional back and forth and I wanted to explore a new option for tax services. I requested my depreciation schedule from HR and Associates for one of my rental properties only to find out that HR and Associates had applied a tax credit from my mothers estate to my rental property (completely different tax returns). I am livid at the level of incompetence from HR and Associates. I had requested a call from the person who did the taxes as well as Bruce the owner. None of the calls were returned. After a week, I notified HR and Associates that I would no longer be utilizing their services. As of 2/19/2022, my taxes have still not been processed.

HRA has been a tremendous help to our business in many ways. First off, if you are a manufacturer then you must have the proper structure of your business to maximize profits, provide asset protection, and of course minimize taxes. HRA has you covered with a comprehensive approach that allows your company to grow with confidence. All these services are available in-house and at a fair price.
Secondly, you want to have a tax "planning" accountant, not just someone to "prepare" your forms. With HRA, you’re able to schedule quarterly management meetings that keep you on track and utilize all avenues to best prepare for tax season "BEFORE" it arrives at your doorstep.
Bruce and his staff of experts make Tax Day and the months leading up to it much more approachable and allows you to meet and ask all the questions that matter to you with confidence and support. I personally experienced over 20 years of tried and tested service with great results and sustained growth with no hidden surprises along the way. I have referred several of my personal friends and business associates and all have been very appreciative that they too got to experience the benefits of working with Bruce and his team at HRA. If you are serious about learning and taking your company to the next level, then give Bruce and HRA some serious consideration, you will be glad you did.
