The training was top notch even with my vast amount of experience in being in leadership positions this course still had a great amount of knowledge to offer. Dr. Salazar was an excellent instructor who did an excellent job allowing students to offer their insights and experience while bringing it together with the courses knowledge points to guide our education experience. I would definitely recommend this training for anyone aspiring to be more confident in their leadership skills or for those who would like to expand their knowledge on the subject.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Dr. Salazar and Continuous Rev in my quest to obtain Resilience-Building Leader Program (R-BLP) Certification. Dr. Salazar displayed an immense level of professionalism in his approach and technique. He employed a practitioner methodology to knowledge delivery and transfer while ensuring interactive engagement with his students. A testament to his vast experience in leading, coaching and mentoring. Training material utilized during class was easy to follow, comprehensive and laid out in a logically flowing manner. His experiential contributions to class brough upon an extremely diverse and 360 degree view aspect of the many facets of what leadership can be. Had the pleasure of doing the RBLP-T trainer course with Abel Salazar. He has a multitude of knowledge to offer, his insight on different leadership concepts and perspectives enhanced the dialogue throughout the course. Opening my eyes to other viewpoints and ideas of others. Mr Salazar is very personable and the experience felt very welcoming, I completed the course feeling a lot better about my own leadership, management processes and methods, while adding to my tool kit for future encounters

I had the honor and privilege to receive leadership training from CW4 (retired) Dr. Abel Salazar on two occasions: my Warrant OfficerBasic Course and the RBLP-T. He has been instrumental in my development as the leader. His instruction has served me well in both my military and civilian careers. The RBLP-T course's content is applicable to any leadership position you might serve in regardless if it from the first level, tactical or strategic view point. Dr. A is a very personable, authentic and intellectual individual. He takes pride in educating and mentoring others to be a better leader/ man or woman. He is very down to earth and easy to relate too. He is the best instructor I have ever studied under and has plenty of real life experience to resource in his instruction. Thanks Dr. A you are the best...#1!

This leadership training was key in helping individuals, such as myself, develop the skills and knowledge necessary, to be an effective leader. The RBLP training, also empowers, not only personal , but collective growth, to be better equipped to lead the charge. The key take aways enabled the confidence necessary, to shape, mold, and guide the focus and efforts to achieve organizational success. RBLP's Leadership training is absolute in identifying effective strategies of communication, cofidence, cultural significance, and keen decision making.
