I got to know Dennis a few years ago when he was helping me document a botched rebuild on the port side motor on my old boat. Dennis stayed with the boat and was present throughout the entire rebuild process. Fast forward a year. I traded that boat towards a Princess 72 and I did not want anyone doing the survey on my new boat but him. The survey was a 'time sensitive' issue and Dennis came through for me again. He spent the better part of three days surveying the old and new boat. Everything was documented with an extreme level of precision. He is a genuine and honest person, and has become someone I fully trust and can honestly call a friend.

STOP and read this before you buy a boat. Nautical Service Inc owned by Dennis Heine saved me and my wife a 400,000 dollar mistake. We were looking at a used beautiful Everglades 355 CCX. Nautical Service Inc was recommended to inspect this boat before we were to make purchase. So we put a deposit and stated in the buyers agreement purchase contingent upon inspection. Dennis saved us hundreds of thousands of dollars and a lot of wasted time by finding hidden problems with this boat . We continued searching and when we found another 355 CCX we could contacted Dennis and had him inspect it , he is very detailed in his inspections and helped us cofindently buy our new boat .
