It's my favorite comp I've ever been apart, they make it so easy even though we do go through different trials while working, l always know they have my back. Eval Group is super supportive of its staff and offers great pay and benefits. I am currently working as a 1 to 1 aide. I have been working at this job for a semester but already feel close with my colleagues and students. The hiring process is simple and quick. If i could give this company a 0 I would, but that’s not possible so I give them a 1. This is the worst and most shady company I have ever worked for. I hope they shut down. The director is a scammer, communicates terribly, discriminates against employees, has no professionalism, talks rudely to staff, promoted
someone because they wanted to sue her and trained that person to be just
like her, a menace. They think they can get away with all foul play because they pay a little more than most companies. Don’t waste your time working for them it isn’t even worth it. If you see any good reviews it’s because the director pays employees to leave good reviews about the company.
