I met Donna when we were members of the San Jose Highrise Chapter of BNI years ago. After getting to know and trust Donna, I hired her as my outsourced bookkeeper for my small immigration practice. She gave me clarity in my books and answered questions about bookkeeping that I had been struggling with when I was handling my own books. I did go a different direction after a while, and it was not the right move, to be honest. But I had to learn that the hard way.

Fast forward to 2022, my immigration law practice business grew, I was behind on my bookkeeping and it was a mess. The worst part for me was I showed a net profit every year but never "felt" I had enjoyed any of it, but had a huge tax bill at tax time. I had read the book Profit First and attempted to implement the PF model on my own. I struggled. Kathy is the bookkeeper who does most of the heavy lifting with our account and I have to say we are always very impressed with the results! We get a timely notice every month when our books are finaliziled. And our chart of accounts is very neat and tidy!
