Penny Carolan and her associates did a marvelous job selling our mother's home. Penny took care of every detail. Her network of contractors took care of the painting, dry rot repair and the general sprucing up of the property getting it ready to put on the market. She also introduced us to a very competent estate sale company that took care of liquidating the estate and leaving the house ready to showing.
There was a full-price offer made within two weeks of being on the market, with the closing 20 days later.
I highly recommend Penny and we will use her again when the occasion arises.
