This review is for David Schmidt. It can take over 16 months or more for repairs to be made in the Torrance Park South property as he is incredibly slow to respond and/or handle matters. This includes leaving a main water line running for over 10 days, failure to repair a gate that faces external properties resulting in home owner vandalism for 18 months+, failure to repair our garbage can doors for 3+ months, the list goes on. Failure to respond adequately and timely has been my experience since purchasing my townhouse under this companies management in 2020.
