Working with Sharon Coleman is a true joy and so refreshing. As a non-entrepreneur (yes, we are all entrepreneurs in our own ways, maybe I should say as a non-business owner), it was refreshing to find a business coach who, while an entrepreneur who owes her own company now, has also worked as an executive in corporate America. Sharon is so relatable and able to identify with the challenges you can sometimes face when working with others. She provides real-world examples of ways to deal with and overcome those challenges. She coached me through/prepared me for several tough meetings I was facing in a former position. Everything she advised me to do was spot on and, I’m happy to say, the bully, who regularly tried to ruin careers at this company, learned I wouldn’t rise to her bait and left me alone. Sharon also encouraged me to decide what was important to me, set goals and work towards them. I ended up working for a company with an amazing culture for a higher salary.
Since my first coaching session with Sharon I have attended several of her presentations and retreats. I always leave them feelings uplifted and with new strategies to improve both my work and home life. Sharon has a talent for connecting with people when coaching one-on-one and working with a group.
