I cannot leave enough stars for JoAnna and sleep solutions unlimited. Working with her was LITERALLY life changing; I had not slept longer than 4 hours until my baby was 10 months and had exhausted many other options for programs such as cry it out, taking Cara babies, and other gentle methods. My little one had been sleeping in our bed out of pure desperation, and it led me to feel hopeless that I would ever have a full night’s sleep or time with my husband again. After much research, I decided to book my call with JoAnna. She was kind and a mom herself, and most of all has been working with people for 14 years and had an excellent track record. I was able to use my FSA funds towards the program which was a deciding factor. She was far more reasonable than other competitor programs, and after working with her, I can tell you that I felt the attention and time JoAnna dedicated to me should have cost more. She was there to answer questions within minutes at virtually all hours, and within THREE nights my baby was sleeping. People I am telling you I tried everything, read every book, and was sure I had the kid that would never sleep. And now she sleeps 12 hours a night. If you are on the fence, just know IT WILL WORK and it is SO WORTH IT.

I worked with JoAnna for both of my kids and they are the BEST sleepers and sleep 10-12 hours a night. This is one of the best parenting decisions I have ever made. I was nervous both times about "sleep training" but I realized that JoAnna is really plugged into your parenting style. She is able to modify and become flexible based on what felt comfortable for me and gives you the confidence and tools to manage the entire day - not just night sleep. I trained my second child at 6 months and and she was sleeping through the night in literally 3 days. JoAnna is extremely on point and responsive and I am so grateful to have met her!

JoAnna is truly a life changer! My husband and I worked with her for our then 3 month old who would not sleep independently and as first time parents, I was very anxious about going back to work. She was wonderful to work with, so responsive with all of my questions, and had our son and our best interest in mind. In just a few nights he was sleeping independently and only waking 1-2 times nightly (as opposed to 4+). I would use her in the future and recommend her without any questions!

Working with JoAnna has been one of the best decisions I've made. I first worked with her for my second child (I wish I knew about her for my first child) and went back to her for my third kid. Both of my kids are great sleepers now with such a good routine for naps, feedings and bed time. And the best part is that they know how to soothe themselves and fall asleep on their own!! Working with JoAnna was incredibly helpful to get our baby boy a solid sleep foundation. This was my third child to teach sleep skills to with her guidance. By the time we were finished, he was sleeping all night, taking his naps independently in his crib, falling asleep at bedtime independently, and waking up happy. This makes for happy parents, too. Our journey with our little guy was not easy as he didn’t fit the mold of typical babies, but JoAnna helped us press through. JoAnna is very knowledgeable and helped me understand what the appropriate expectations and needs were for my son based on his age. I have recommended her to many of my friends and the ones that have sought her help have wonderful sleepers!
