Cesar is intelligent and has expertise with his craft. I took my elderly aunt in to see him, as her Medicare needed to be renewed. Medicare is so confusing; he helped navigate a good plan for her with The Dr. she wanted most, and transportation back-and-forth to doctors appointments. He can look up what the most important needs are of his clients, quickly, and find the plan that works best. I left there impressed and grateful.
Caveat: we will see how it goes once her new Medicare Advantage plan kicks in Jan 1, 2025. But I feel confident!
