I won't mention the agency, but before reaching out to Availability, I did contact another staffing agency and the recruiter basically told me that I didn't have much experience or skills so it'd be hard for me to find a job that pays well, and she never contacted me again. In contrast, every time I was in contact with Gaby, she was always so encouraging and had a number of jobs she thought I would like. Another thing I liked was that the staff at Availability follows through on their word. If they say they'll call you or email you, they will. They won't waste your time or keep you guessing.
