I contacted Erica and she was gracious enough to cancel our reservation. If you are looking to book a limo, I would go with Legacy Limo. They have great customer service!!

Legacy Limousine provided two limousines for our wedding venue in San Francisco. They arrived early, limousines were clean. Drivers were very professional and polite. Picked up our guests from the ST. Francis hotel, and around the Holidays it can be a bit of a challenge. Transported our guests to San Francisco city hall for ceremony and back to the ST.Francis. My mother, who is 86, asked me to send an email to you telling you how wonderful her driver Jacob was to her. He was polite, friendly, professional, and very attentive to her. She said they talked and listened to music and it made her worried mind a little easier.
I do not know if she told him, but my mother was diagnosed with a serious illness in Florida and had to return here quickly to get started on her treatment schedule. She needed the kind of person Jacob seems to be to make her feel a little better. I appreciate it more than you know.
