Recently rented a unit on the island, and while we did have issues with the HoA, Rhonda really stepped up to help us out. I appreciated her helpfulness in resolving a few issues we had, and everything was done promptly and in a professional manner. Not sure why there are other negative reviews, I for sure will be checking with her before renting on the island again. Thank you!

10/10 would Not recommend
Surf club A23. No amenities worked they blamed it on us.(after further review we found warning post where it hasn’t worked since May 2021) there was huge stains on our sheets, then we got to thinking how did they wash the bedding? We are disgusted. All we had to keep the place clean was a broken vacuum(which worked before we got there). There was mouse chew holes in the mattress protector, mouse poop under the sink and in the kitchen drawers. There was only one bathtub to bathe our kids in that the drain was clogged and wouldn’t drain. When we asked Anchor Realty to make it right, they were rude and very unprofessional. They said that they had never been made aware of these issues, and upon reading reviews we found they had been made aware and just didn’t care to fix them. & they didn’t bother to fix the issues while we were still there to save our vacation. They did send someone to “fix”the washer several times and acted like we just didn’t know how to use a washing machine . They made no attempt to fix any other issues . We will never be back , I hope this review saves someone’s vacation.

Perfect Getaway Spot
This rental went beyond my expectations ! It was super clean, cozy, and literally a one minute walk to the beach. We will definitely be going back.
