Living Life from the Inside Out. A Mantra that Don lives and teaches. I have been associated with Don for more than 6 years now and working with him very closely. Don has really helped me to get a clear vision in life and shed off the dust off me. His techniques are simple yet powerful. One has to practice them for a while to see long term benefits. I have learnt EFT, TFT, Matrix Re-imprinting and Journaling techniques from him. His subtle guidance has been very helpful for me in my life to see things differently. Don helped me resolve intense insomnia after trying several natural and prescribed remedies. EFT was the only thing that helped. Don worked with me not only with falling and staying asleep through EFT, but also with how to prepare for sleep, how to journal and engage other good practices that went along well with EFT. He was thorough, professional and immensely helpful. He also helped me many years ago eliminate shoulder pain from a torn rotator cuff. That was amazing, too. One session was all I needed to get the relief I sought with both issues, even though I knew I could count on him for follow-up as needed. I recommend Don for a large variety of problems and issues.
