I have been living in the Villas for 2 years and let me tell you this place has been one of the best places to live! Brook and her staff really are the best! They have made my stay so enjoyable and the only reason I’m leaving is because I purchased a house, so it’s bitter sweet. The property is clean and usually pretty quiet they do lots of fun activities for the families to enjoy. I have no complaints about this place and I will miss them all.

Brooke and her staff are amazing. They were so helpful upon move in and truly made it as stress free as possible! The community as a whole feels safe and I appreciate the security that drives around at night. The villas are like mini homes and it makes you feel like you have more privacy than a “normal” apartment. It’s spacious and feels very homey!

I was reminiscing of when I lived here due to the letter from the class action lawsuit. We were tenants from 2020-2021. So many memories of this place, good and bad. I raised my little boy here and while I made such good friends with surrounding neighbors. There was many times I was counting down the days to our lease finishing. The security gate barely worked when we lived here. Music was loud from some neighbors, small park was always trashed. Management was nice and understanding but sometimes left us unanswered or unattended in some things. Trashes were always filled. The villas itself are nice and spacious. Very affordable compared to most apartment rentals now. But the worst part, even though we were very clean people. My neighbors next door were not, therefore we would share the roaches. It was a disturbing time in my life seeing them come up faucets and bathtubs. They were HUGE. And it was a constant problem. No matter how many pest control visits there were, never went away. All in all, we left for this reason. I couldn’t handle another year of that.

Great property! The manager really goes above and beyond to resolve any issues, and is very proactive within the community. Promises made, promises kept. They have done some work over the last couple years with improving the property, and a lot of stuff has been replaced or fixed (thanks to the new management!) Between the office staff and Maintenance, it is a very well ran community, and they do everything they can to make sure residents are happy. They do resident events every few months. They stay on top of maintaining cleanliness, and making sure everyone is abiding by the rules. No complaints here!

This is the best complex in Hesperia. Over the years I have lived in multiple apartment complexes in the area and The Villas is the best. The management team is great, Brooke and Cristal, they always greet you by name and are so friendly. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and the property is well kept.

It was a great place to call "home". The entire staff always will greet you with a smile and are very helpful and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. I loved the convenience of having friendly professional security patrol services patrol the gated community. The pool area and family events is amazing, I know my family will miss it. Lastly, with sincere appreciation and a heartfelt goodbye Villas Staff we thank you for your dedication and for accommodating us so well. It was truly a great comforting experience. We will never forget you. No other place in the high desert will give you the care and quality service like The Villas at hesperia. 10 stars if we could from Victor, Jessica and family

Beautiful safe place to live. The office staff and maintenance are amazing! The homes are spacious with plenty of storage room. This is the only place that I considered renting in the high desert
