I met Aneesah through an offering she put out for coaching sessions so she could gain experience. While I was initially skeptical, I’ve been more than pleasantly surprised after only a few sessions. Aneesah has been able to create an environment of warmth, safety, openness, non-judgement and all through a virtual setting. She has been very patient, attentive, understanding and giving of her time. While it’s still early days, she has helped me see possibilities again and is helping me to see ways to realize them. I hope Aneesah is getting the experience she hoped for from the sessions. I know I am certainly gaining a lot from my meetings with her including a different perspective on things even within a few sessions. I would whole heartedly recommend coaching with Aneesah to anyone.
