I had the pleasure of visiting the Oakdale Chamber of Commerce this morning to introduce myself as a developer at Epic Apps and a new resident of Oakdale. My experience was nothing short of fantastic. I was warmly greeted by two very friendly officials who made me feel right at home.

During my visit, I had the opportunity to showcase one of the apps I originally built a decade ago, and the reception was incredibly positive. The Oakdale Chamber of Commerce is a welcoming and supportive hub for the local community and businesses.

21-22 May 2022: Chocolate Festival. On our visit there was roughly 6 vendors that had Chocolate products!?

Everything else wasn't Chocolate related. Admission was $5.00 with free re-entry with hand stamp. In my opinion with roughly 30 vendors and a small contingency of classic cars, there isn't much to see that's "Chocolate" related!

Also keep in mind that all parking is on nearby streets which can be a nightmare later in the day! My advise is to arrive early and honestly, it should take you 1-1.5hs max to see everything. Still worth the outdoor sunshine ?

As an 8 year member of the Oakdale Chamber I really appreciate the benefits I receive. I am a local business owner and have met many community members and improved my business through my membership. I highly recommend membership and involvement in our Local Oakdale Chamber and their events.

You need to stop calling it The Chocolate Festival. I searched all day for any chocolate and finally found one row of chocolate. There were about 4 different booths of chocolate. Out of 50+ booths of everything but chocolate. The Sockton Asparagus is all about Asparagus, The Gilroy Garlic festival is all about the garlic the Oakdale Chocolate Fesival is not about chocolate so stop calling it that.
