The business plan was exceptional and without following Ed Keels' plan and his directions to me, I would have gone out of business before I even started. Beyond Breakeven has spent 5 or 6 months with me, walking me through every aspect of my new business. I would strongly recommend them to anyone that is trying to own their own business. I am so glad that I decided to go with this company. Ed Keels taught me a lot about corporations and which entity to choose, and he helped me with the financing and deal structure to make my deal happen. Ed was the man that made it all come true. I could not get a loan from the bank and he helped me get approved for a loan on my own and I didn’t need to have any investors. I kept 100% ownership of the business.
