My first interview was like a few I have experienced since covid. A group zoom interview that was brief and gave me a condensed overview of the company and what it entails. I found it intriguing, some in my group did not. I was then invited to a second interview which was in person. Again, I have done this before and was not surprised by the procedure. The hiring manager, not HR, gave me a more detailed description of what the job entailed. I admit part of what I heard I was unsure of, but the opportunity to earn and grow is all in my hands. My work ethic and dedication to myself and what I want shows in my pay and ability to promote up.
