Dana has been my life coach (AKA my "secret best friend") for almost 2 years now! She is a constant source of stability and support through the many ebbs and flows of my life. I have attended her in-person yoga and meditation sessions (always accompanied by yummy tea!) and I have received amazing Reiki treatments from Dana. She also hosts virtual yoga at 9am on Sundays which is such a positive and invigorating start to my busy week!
