The two folks i interacted with at this real estate agency were incredibly helpful. Lorenzo in particular was such a joy to work with and we were happy to have him represent our interests. Nothing about the first time home buying process seemed overwhelming, with his confident advice and hospitable demeanor, it went by without much stress at all. I recommend Lorenzo Herrera as a realtor!! He was such a great realtor! He always was reliable, responsive, and kind. As a first time homebuyer I was intimidated by the process and he always was happy to answer any questions I had (even when I asked the same ones over again).

I worked with him for a few years as I was looking on and off for a house. Each time after I took a break and started looking again, we would pick up right where we left off. He has exceptional customer service and many years of experience. He knows a lot about construction of houses too so he is able to give good advice on any building related questions. He worked closely with inspectors and the seller’s agent to get repairs done quickly and ensured nothing was missed-thanks to Mike I got an amazing house for a great price and without any immediate or large repairs that needed to be done.
