Hi Jonathan,

I just thought I would let you know that I have already implemented some of the ideas learned through the BPM course, and they are going great.

I created a “getting to know you” form for my direct reports to fill out, spurred on by the unit we studied on the idea that different employees prefer to be recognized for their success differently.

I also have scheduled 3x3 meetings with each of them - 3 things going well, 3 things not going well, 3 things of your choosing - for my monthly meetings with them.

The direct reports responded really well, and were impressed that I wanted to know them so well, and that I had such a structured approach to the monthly meetings.

It's great to see that what was learned has such immediate and practical relevance. Great ROI!
