It has been several years since our training at Crestcom and to this day, the lessons learned are being used daily. Thank you very much for the opportunity to be part of this program. This has been one of the most effective trainings that anyone can have due to its mixed components of "lectures," peer collaboration, hands-on application, and Q&A with the experts (i.e. Sian and Quinn!). The packed yet concise content of each topic that are critical in developing a leader is very much appreciated, especially to us who have yet milestones to achieve to get to a mature leadership state. The Bullet Proof Manager program is indeed a fitting name given to this.

Due to the pandemic, I wasn't able to collaborate with folks onsite (although I did once for my first session!) for the most part, I would like to take this time to express my appreciation on how you all made the program very active, lively, and flexible to all of us. The breakout sessions were helpful at pulling the voice out of introverts and have everyone understand that one way or another, everyone can relate to a common factor when it comes to leadership - either dealing with people, with self, with matters, or with plans. Also, Crestcom did a great job at offering different schedules in a month to accommodate our schedules.

I am very grateful for the opportunity to learn alongside very knowledgeable people. Thank you.

I took this course a bout a year ago and let me tell this was the greatest tool my company could of giving me. at first I was shy and didnt really like to participate but John Partington made the class feel so welcoming, fun and productive. John is great at what he does if you have a question he will explain and makes sure you have all the right information.
