Absolutely amazing, always have a great experience with every employee. The two working this morning were absolutely amazing. I was looking at this mid I want to get and the gentleman behind the counter should me his mod (someone) and how it all goes together. Now I really want one. The selection of product is always good and I really like the environment and how it’s not over whelming. Also best deals in town

Just visited the store today beautiful store well stocked well displayed easy hands-on products They have more discounts than any store I've ever been to in Santa Rosa The biggest problem is just figuring out when to go there's so many discounts employees very very helpful very knowledgeable about products they carry just needs a little bit more heavy metal music in there I would have to agree they get my vote for the best dispensary in the area that's for sure The staff was very helpful very knowledgeable very respectful and pleasant I highly recommend visiting Jane dispensary !

I only found 1 thing that I would advise changing that I found to be disrespectful their policy to say what kind of payment they take and saying NO CREDIT
And I didn't ask what was acceptable payment .
I found that to be very disrespectful as if I were being profiled . And for some reason without even saying hello by the way I look this was verbally communicated to me at the end of the list of available means to pay

Feels more like a Whole Foods than a cannabis dispensary in a good way. It's very beautiful inside with a lot of high end products for the whole body. They also have a great selection of mid-shelf flowers for great prices. Highly recommended!

Justin and Benito were absolutely wonderful. It was a hot day and they offered me a bottle of water—how sweet.
They took their time to thoroughly explain everything to me as well.
Any questions I had were answered with ease.
