She works her magic with a quick wit and a wonderful sense of humor.

During the pandemic, I found myself at a crossroads. I was in my 30s and had spent my entire adulthood following the path of least resistance and simply going with 'whatever fell into my lap.' I knew I had the potential and passion for doing something more meaningful with my life, but I was debilitated by limiting beliefs and fear.

I took the first of several leaps and decided to go back to school and finish my degree. But when I graduated last year, I was once again paralyzed by fear at the thought of beginning to search for my new career. Lori, an ever-supportive rock in my life and someone I had known professionally and personally for several years, offered her services to help me to the finish line. I was honestly hesitant to take her up on her offer. Not because I didn't think she'd be helpful but because I knew that working with Lori would catapult me to life's next level. Which can be terrifying! As you can guess, I took that next leap. Just a few months later, I found myself in my dream job. This transformation, from being paralyzed by fear to landing my dream job, is a testament to Lori's effective coaching.

As mentioned, Lori does not give advice. Instead, she helped me find my own answers by tapping into what I was saying beyond my words and asking the right kinds of questions to help me see where I was stuck. She masterfully held space for my inner exploration, leading me to my own truths. By the end of our work together, I felt enormous pride knowing that I played such an active role in my own healing. In addition to asking powerful and thought provoking questions and guiding me through inner exploration, Lori shared and educated on different self-care techniques and the psychology behind achieving goals. As a bonus, Lori has training in trauma-informed coaching, which helped her navigate sessions or topics that really triggered my anxiety.

I am deeply grateful for the growth I experienced during and after working with Lori. I would recommend her over and over again to anyone looking to overcome any barriers toward embracing the next version of themselves.
