I have been at Elevate for 3 years now and absolutely love it. The dedication and guidance provided by Lura and her team has been so helpful for me on my fitness journey. I appreciate the coaches willingness to tailor workouts to meet my individual needs and abilities. Coach Lu is very educated and knowledgeable when it come to nutrition. I absolutely love this gym! I have been going consistently for the last 10 weeks and have lost almost 25 pounds! Lura and her team are wonderful and have such a positive attitude every day! Along with a kick ass workout, they offer nutrition challenges to get back on track with eating and having an overall healthy lifestyle. Whether you are just starting to workout, or you've been doing it a long time and want a change, there is something for everyone! I never felt intimidated because I couldn't do an exercise; the coaches give a lot of personal attention to make sure everyone has proper form and you are doing it correctly. Everyone is so welcoming and I now feel as though I am not just going to a gym, but I am part of a community!
