I had the opportunity to hear Dominica & Chris share at a local business luncheon. I was blown away. I have heard countless messages and workshops on diversity and inclusion, but the level of sincerity, vulnerability and practical application from Bridgefield Group was inspiring. They not only shared from their own experiences, but also put language and handles on a subject that typically is talked about at too vaguely. And having both of them on stage together, a young black female executive alongside an older white male created a space for genuine dialogue and candid commentary.
