I can’t say enough great things about this company. From the first phone call or email they are caring, attentive, and knowledgeable. Walking through their front door feels like being welcomed into their home. They go out of their way to make you feel valued which translates into any project they do. From a routine car wash to something like a full body ppf they take their time to walk the car down, explain everything to you, and give you the right information to make a service decision. Their customer service and friendly attitudes are rivaled only by the quality of their work.

I brought my Tesla Model Y in for a full body matte ppf transformation, smoked headlights/taillights, tint, protective coating, and interior protective treatment. They absolutely knocked it out of the park. The seams and tucking are the best I’ve seen and the pictures speak for themselves. They treat their customers and cars like family, and this should be your first call if you live in The Valley.

On Tuesday morning, Zaia texted me to remedy the issues with the Lexus IS300 (as below). We talked on the phone and immediately scheduled an appointment for Thursday at 08:30AM. I was happy to get this situation fixed right away rather than waiting a week or two.
At the appointment, Zaia and I looked over the car and he went over the lining, air pockets, and not edged areas. Zaia told me that he would do his best to line it up properly, and that he would re-do my passenger side film and my front bumper film.

Overall, this service was phenomenal, reliable and always open to communicate with their customers. 48 Detailing fixed the panels on my passenger side and front bumper. It was done within the same day. The panels and film are clean and lined up perfectly. Their prices are competitive and worthwhile especially with how 48 Detailing communicates with their customers and tries to resolve any issues as soon as possible.

To also make it up, Zaia offered his 48 Detailing spray which is a rinseless wash that I cannot wait to try. Zaia also gave me microfiber towels too. The current photos below is the finished result with everything fixed.

Great service, but not worth the price of the PPF especially since the PPF isn’t wrapped around the edges. My car is still exposed to rock chips because the PPF is not fully installed on my car. There are exposed portions of my car where I had the PPF installed. I wanted to wait until the vehicle “cured” before I made any complaints regarding the PPF. My vehicle cured on August 28, 2024.

I had PPF full front installed on my Lexus IS300 and I was initially ecstatic about the end result. However, there were imperfections on the car from improper installation of the PPF. Some of the imperfections are: inconsistent cut marks, dirt stains on the PPF, PPF already lifted, and certain areas were not wrapped around the edges. Since the edges aren’t wrapped, my car is still exposed to rock chips on certain areas of my car.

I contacted 48detailing today, but they are closed from today to Tuesday (Monday is a holiday). I will update the review after I communicate with 48detailing.

Have been using 48 Detailing for several years for my vehicles. They are professional and pleasant to work with, the work is outstanding. Never had an issue with work performed by this company. Highly recommend them for tinting and paint protection coatings or applications. Never had any issues with them or the staff. Just was there a week ago and inquired on tint on new vehicle sunroof with Ceramic to help keep the heat down in AZ Summers. They were very helpful in determining what I needed without any high pressure.

48 Detailing performs at a level unlike any other . I let the team know that I was on a time crunch & would need the whole process done on my Mustang within 2 days. They gladly took me in & went over my best options . I got the 2 step paint correction , paint chips repaired , full front PPF with a custom order high impact area, 3 year ceramic coating , & the stage 2 interior cleaning . Upon first inspection I absolutely loved the car. It looked even better than it did when I got it new . I had plenty of scratches & blemishes on the car that are now completely gone . This is definitely a showroom finish & all for an amazing price . If I were to recommend any detailing shop it’s definitely gonna be 48 Detailing . Every employee seemed very happy to be working there & treated me with the upmost respect & gratitude. I even left a tip for the whole team & am now leaving this review which I never do unless I’m throughly impressed. Everyone there needs a raise . Thank you so much 48 Detailing for giving me a great experience . There isn’t enough words to truly express my gratitude . I’ll definitely be back in the future & will be referring anyone & everyone to your business .

Wanted my 2017 Outback to look like a show car. I saw an Impala at Good Guys Auto Show and wanted it to look like that. He told me he had his done at 48Detailing. I checked them out and was extremely impressed. So I had the 80% scratch reduction and the Gold package Ceramic Coating done. Took 3 days but it was well worth it. I was flabbergasted when they showed it to me. I couldn't stop smiling and laughing because it looked so Stunning, better than expected. The whole staff was professional and answered any questions I presented. Now I don't need to wax it for at least 5 years !! Couldn't be happier !
